  23. That's the method I've used to make replacement SX-64 keyboard cables.  The
  24. first trick is getting the ribbon cable lined up PRECISELY with the connector. 
  25. The second trick is to push the connector together parallel -- they make a
  26. special device for that, but a vise works well, too.  DON'T push one end
  27. together then the next.
